What began as a Southern food treat of eating this combination centuries ago is now our most popular to start the year. The good news is that these flavorful foods can be enjoyed gluten and dairy-free. Below are the recipes provided by an amazing cook who wants to stay anonymous. (Hint: she looks a lot like a younger me but can really throw down in the kitchen.)
